There's working with real estate agents.....then there is working with Chris. We will never use anyone else in the future. He is that amazing! He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and VERY hands-on throughout the process. I would consider my wife and I to be quite knowledgeable about buying and selling homes, but Chris showed us how little we know (compared to him) and how valuable he was to the process. It just wouldn't have turned out as nearly as satisfying of a process without him.

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed three realtors before selecting Chris Forrette. I immediately appreciated his knowledge, responsiveness, and honesty. For example, I had a new, one-of-a-kind property to sell that, because it was new and one of a kind, probably had no comps! Chris showed up with a folder full of comps and carefully explained to me why he had selected them. Then, when it turned out that I had a 21-day deadline, Chris was encouraging at the same time that he was realistic. For example, the news is full of doom and gloom stories about market downturns. To counter that, Chris provided me with real-time data for and insights into my neighborhood. This is/was obviously invaluable. Chris also answered every email or call very quickly (usually within a few hours), even if I was just sending an FYI and not something urgent. I would be very grateful to have him represent me in the future and would give him my highest endorsement for others as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Forrett is the most incredible agent to work with. Not only did he work tirelessly to sell my home, but he was able to get my offer accepted on my dream home just hours after it went on the market. When the first buyer backed out of our signing appointment, we were crushed. Forrett called with the bad news, but already had a plan. His photographer was at my house hours later. My home was already sitting with multiple offers three days later. Though we severely delayed the close of our new home, Forrett was able to work with the other agent so we did not lose our new home. Anyone can sell a house, but his reputation with other agents, lenders, and home builders is what ultimately saved my new home from being relisted. He has the best service contractors, inspector, and photographer seemingly on retainer. When he couldnt be available to show a home, agents were available at a moments notice. Forretts advice is sound and backed with 22 years of experience, but he does not make unilateral decisions on your behalf. Every step of the way, he maintained transparency to instill utmost confidence. My offer was accepted on another home and after inspection I decided to walk. Forrett didnt question me, he didnt try to convince me otherwise, he had my back the entire way. When I wanted to see new construction, but was unable to leave home, Forrett took videos of the neighborhood for me. Forrett makes the whole process fun, personable, and stress-free. I cannot in good conscience recommend any other realtor.

This time we sold 5 acres, 3300 sq ft house, and 2100 sq ft shop. Chris is an excellent evaluator of what homes can sell for in this hot market. He told us what he could sell our house for within 60 days and then sold the house for exactly that much. He is positive and relaxed while maintaining a professional assessment of all situations that came up duing inspection and negotiation. He has expetise with every market situation. In addition, Chris was always reponsive with updates and answering questions - we were never left wondering. Top it off with a great sense of humor. Chris is the one!
