Domingo and Marilyn were such a pleasure to work with. They helped with selling my parents house and I thought I would need to be available to help my parents with the process. Turns out I had no involvement because they were there to help them every step of the way. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. Not only did they meet the expectations but they exceeded them. We found out forever realtor team!

Marilyn did an excellent job helping us with the process of selling our home. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to sell our house fast and for a very good price. Marilyn was amazing throughout our home sale and home buy. She helped us pick the best offer for the sale of our home and also spent countless hours helping us look at properties, never rushed us, and truly listened to what was important to our family. Even when our wish list changed or we had concerns about a property, she was always honest, supportive, and willing to help us find the right fit. What we appreciated most was how much she advocated for us. She paid attention to details we might have missed, helped us navigate negotiations, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. It was clear that she genuinely cared about finding us a home we would love, not just closing a deal. We are so thankful for everything Marilyn did for our family and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is hardworking, caring, and truly has her clients best interests at heart.

Marilyn did an excellent job taking me thru the process of selling my home! She was informative and always kept me updated as to showings and offers. She went out of her way to make things easy for me since I was in Illinois during most of the process. She was helpful in every way. It was great working with her. I highly recommend Marilyn as a realtor!
