Marilyn Ramirez

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get pre-approved first—it strengthens your position and sets a clear budget. Know your non-negotiables, but stay open to homes that check most of the boxes. Research the area, schools, and commute—not just the home. Budget for closing costs, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. Always get a home inspection, no matter how perfect it looks. Don’t rush, but be ready to act fast in a competitive market. And remember, the listing agent works for the seller—you need someone in your corner. I’m here to guide you every step of the way and help you buy smart.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Start with a strong first impression—clean, declutter, and stage if possible. Pricing right from day one is key; overpricing chases buyers away. We invest in professional photos and marketing—it’s what gets buyers through the door. Be flexible with showings to maximize exposure. Understand the local market so you’re prepared for negotiations. And don’t take low offers personally—everything is a starting point. The right strategy makes a big difference. I’m here to help you sell smart, sell fast, and get top dollar for your home.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizing retirees, out-of-state investors, and everyone in between. Some clients need guidance from step one, others just need a strong negotiator to get it done. I’ve helped sellers move on to their next chapter, buyers find their forever homes, and investors build smart portfolios. No two clients are the same—and that’s what I love most. Wherever you’re starting, I’ll meet you there and help you reach the finish line with confidence.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

One that stands out was helping a young family buy their first home after months of searching. We faced tough competition and lost out on a few offers, but we stayed patient and focused. When the right home hit the market, we moved fast, negotiated strong, and won the deal. Seeing them get the keys—with happy tears and all—was a moment I’ll never forget. It reminded me why I do this. Every transaction has its challenges, but with the right guidance and persistence, the reward is always worth it.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got started in real estate because I’ve always had a passion for helping people and a love for homes. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a calling. I realized how life-changing the right move could be, and I wanted to be the one guiding families through it. I dove in, learned everything I could, and never looked back. This isn’t just a career—it’s personal. Every client’s win feels like my own, and that’s what keeps me going every single day.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Yes! I’ve completed advanced training in negotiations, market analysis, and contract strategy—all designed to protect my clients and get them the best outcome possible. I stay current on local market trends, lending guidelines, and Arizona real estate laws to make sure every decision we make is informed and strategic. My experience in both fast-paced and competitive markets has sharpened my skills, but it's the ongoing education that keeps me sharp. My clients deserve nothing less.

Marilyn was amazing throughout our home sale and home buy. She helped us pick the best offer for the sale of our home and also spent countless hours helping us look at properties, never rushed us, and truly listened to what was important to our family. Even when our wish list changed or we had concerns about a property, she was always honest, supportive, and willing to help us find the right fit. What we appreciated most was how much she advocated for us. She paid attention to details we might have missed, helped us navigate negotiations, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. It was clear that she genuinely cared about finding us a home we would love, not just closing a deal. We are so thankful for everything Marilyn did for our family and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is hardworking, caring, and truly has her clients best interests at heart.

Domingo and Marilyn were such a pleasure to work with. They helped with selling my parents house and I thought I would need to be available to help my parents with the process. Turns out I had no involvement because they were there to help them every step of the way. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. Not only did they meet the expectations but they exceeded them. We found out forever realtor team!

My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Marilyn. She was great to work with during both processes of selling and buying. We were kept up to date with any changes during the entire process. We never felt pressured into purchasing a home that wasnt for us. I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to sell or buy in the future. Thanks to Marilyn we were able to sell our second home for a good price in under 3 months. Which was impressive in this current high interest market where there are not many buyers.

Marilyn was instrumental to us finding our dream home. Her expertise, willingness to go the extra mile and timely responses were refreshing and appreciated. Her warm approach coupled with her knowledge of the local market made our time spent visiting and house hunting streamlined and worry free. Marilyn was very involved in every facet of the process and conducted regular check in's throughout to minimize our trips out for any inspections or other requirements. We highly recommend her as our next agent and would be remised if we didn't think she would be your best experience especially if from moving from outside the area. VIP experience for sure. Thank you Marilyn. :) T&A

Would highly recommend Marilyn Ramirez. She was recommended to us when we were looking for a house and she also handled the sale of our old home. We found ourselves in a situation where we needed to find a new, bigger home in a very short timeframe in the middle of a very tough market and she delivered with great customer service, fast response and really fought hard for us. She is definitely trustworthy and hardworking and will recommend her to anyone we know who needs a realtor. My mother still talks about Marilyn and how great a realtor and person she is.

Marilyn went all in trying to find my new home. I saw many properties and continued to look until we found that house. After we found it, she got me through a very long process. We were in contact continuously no matter the day or time. She is now MY realtor, and I strongly believe she should be yours also.

Marilyn is an exceptional R.E. Agent. We have worked with her to purchase 2 different homes within a few months of each other. Both transactions were flawless. She is also currently working with another family member on purchasing a 3rd home in our area. I wouldn't bother wasting time with anyone else. Marilyn can get the job done for you. Thanks again Marilyn, you rock.
