Elbert has made the entire process so smooth! It literally felt like he was family! I remember sending him the listing and telling him that we want this house.. he did tell us that this house is ours and that we need to trust him and he got the rest... we were willing to put the ask price as offer but he had his research done and had us put lower than ask... we got a counter offer and viola! I don't recall once when we had to reach him out ... he was on top of everything and would call and text on regular basis everyday to know where we stand! I am so glad we chose Elbert as our realtor!
