Mia was outstanding, started looking at townhomes in Laveen and with the interest rates and the HOA it just didnt make sense to buyaEUR|. She did not stop there she then took me to Buckeye and showed me the same builder as the townhomes. She could tell I wasnt feeling itaEUR|. With her knowledge and preparation she said I have one youd love we went down the street to an Aston woods property and I feel in love with it out of my price range I was kind of mad but she explained that a 3.7% interest rate will be lower then the townhomes. I couldnt thank Mia Enough for my lovely first home. And not only did she stop there, since I'm a first time buyer every document I received she was there to explain them to me with no attitude she is very patient let me tell you that cause my questions was annoying me hahha. Mia was very patient, helpful, and ambitious in helping me find a condo to purchase. She listened to what I was looking for and in my price range.
