ZillowVERIFIEDMia did a great job for us in our home buying process as we were out of state buyers and she handled everything very well. She was always available to help with any questions and would highly recommend her if you are purchasing a home
ZillowVERIFIEDMia did an amazing job negotiating a price, she was a great communicator, she was always helpful with any questions and we got a great price our home! We couldnt have done this without her, cant recommend her enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDMia could not of been more helpful. She went way above and beyond to make this process so stress free. I felt like I could call her any time any day and she always knew the answer to all of my questions. We can not thank her enough, would definitely recommend her if you need a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDMia is a true professional. She listened to our requests for a second home and helped us navigate the 55+ communities in the Phoenix area. Throughout our building process she attended meetings with us and was our eyes and ears with the building superintendent as we lived quite a distance from the new house. We grew to completely trust and count on Mia. We highly recommend Mia as a real estate professional!
ZillowVERIFIEDMia was outstanding, started looking at townhomes in Laveen and with the interest rates and the HOA it just didnt make sense to buyaEUR|. She did not stop there she then took me to Buckeye and showed me the same builder as the townhomes. She could tell I wasnt feeling itaEUR|. With her knowledge and preparation she said I have one youd love we went down the street to an Aston woods property and I feel in love with it out of my price range I was kind of mad but she explained that a 3.7% interest rate will be lower then the townhomes. I couldnt thank Mia Enough for my lovely first home. And not only did she stop there, since I'm a first time buyer every document I received she was there to explain them to me with no attitude she is very patient let me tell you that cause my questions was annoying me hahha. Thank you Mia
ZillowVERIFIEDMia was very patient, helpful, and ambitious in helping me find a condo to purchase. She listened to what I was looking for and in my price range. She was prompt in answering questions and my phone calls. Mia thoroughly explained any forms and the entire process in the process of purchasing a home. I will refer my friends to contact her if they become in the market for a sell or purchase of real estate. She is easy and to enjoyable to work with. I consider her a friend.
ZillowVERIFIEDMia helped with all of my paper work and ensured I could be into my house as quickly as possible. This was my first time buying and she made sure that everything was clear and concise so that I had a solid understanding of the ins and outs. Highly recommend working with her!!!
