We both sold a home and bought a home with simultaneous closing dates. Sarah was very patient with us, quick to respond, willing to change her schedule around to accommodate us, honest, and overall wonderful to work with! I have already sent friends her way who are also happy with her work ethic and friendliness. Everything ran smoothly, and the only hiccup we had was our own fault in not getting moved out fast enough. She dropped everything to come help us finish moving out! She helped us meet the deadline and get both houses closed on time. She truly cares about her clients and will do what she can to make them happy! You can tell she loves her job!

Being first time home buyers, my husband and I were overwhelmed. We were working with another realtor, who just walked all over our trust. Just when we felt like calling the whole thing quits, Sarah swooped in and gave us hope again. She was so patient with us, informative, encouraging, flexible, caring, and yes, loving! She treated us with respect and helped us with getting our dream home. She definitely knows what shes doing and does it with heart!!!!!

Sarah was beyond amazing as our realtor. We originally were going to buy a home from a company so weren't planning on using a Realtor but she offered her expertise to us anyways! Once we realized how knowledgeable she was we decided to use her (which worked out great because we had quite a few bumps along the way). She negotiated so well on our behalf in every transaction. Not only were we buying a house but we were also listing our home for sale! She marketed our house so well we had interest in it before it even listed :). We ended up being under contract in 4 days and closed on our home at the end of the month. Not only was Sarah amazing but everyone she referred us to matched her expertise! Highly recommend at the very least consulting her on any real estate transaction you are considering :)

Sarah is positive, professional, and the sweetest lady you will ever meet.
