Paula was incredibly helpful in finding our new home. We bought somewhat impulsively but she did not pressure us at all and was, in fact, very helpful in getting us into the right house for us. During negotiations, she was very helpful in getting us time to get our house in Minnesota sold. After the sale, Paula was able to get us connected to professionals to clean the house, including ductwork and flooring, even though her responsibilities had officially ended.
