Kaitlyn is amazing at her job. When we came to her wanting to purchase a home I explained to her our situation and went above and beyond to make things as seamless and uncomplicated as possible. She put things on 'easy ' mode for us and made the home buying experience lighter for us by removing a lot of the stress! I recommend 100 %.

Kaitlyn was on top of every item or issue. We went through 3 buyers before a "real" one stepped forward. Kaitlyn was very responsive and coached me where needed. The final process was with the VA, a very picky government agency (with little regard for timelines). She was very patient (as much as can be) and pushed when she could. Luckily, I won't have to go through this experience in the near future, but Kaitlyn would be my first choice - hands down!

My experience was great! Her service and knowledge is Excellent! She was very patient and very helpful. She was always there for me answering my questions and helping me with the process of selling my house. She is the best realtor I know in the area! She also helped me to buy and sale a land in Rio Rico, Az and the service and help was nothing but excellent.

Kaitlyn was amazing. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful she was my agent. She even found the perfect lender for me. We had a home fall out of escrow and she definitely kicked in to high gear toured homes for me through video, was available on my tight time line. She is the perfect Agent

Kaitlyn was recommended by several locals as a realtor to use when buying a condo in Tubac as she knows the area well. She was amazing and made the process easy and stress free. She was even able to provide additional references when needing a local handyman and painter.
