Review Kaitlyn was on top of every item or issue. We went through 3 buyers before a "real" one stepped forward. Kaitlyn was very responsive and coached me where needed. The final process was with the VA, a very picky government agency (with little regard for timelines). She was very patient (as much as can be) and pushed when she could. Luckily, I won't have to go through this experience in the near future, but Kaitlyn would be my first choice - hands down!
