We couldnt recommend Nathan more strongly. After meeting with Nathan, my spouse and I were very impressed with his presentation and ideas for selling our home. We felt that he had the right balance of things that you look for in a realtor. We believe as our realtor, Nathan kept things simple and guided us towards our ultimate goal of a timely closing. We really liked that he focused on essential items to stage the home, rather than some of the fussy things other agents had suggested such as "you must power wash the kitchen skylight" or "you need to only have white towels in bathrooms." We also appreciated his perspective about keeping some personal pictures up, which was a refreshing alternative to what many folks were saying. We felt it added to some warmth in the home. Nathan was also great at reaffirming the things we were right about, such as purchase price and what was fair in the bigger picture of inspection resolution items; while at the same time gently reinforcing what we were wrong about. We valued Nathans experience and felt that he offered more than other agents and with a more reasonable commission. If youre selling a home in the Denver Metro area, Nathan should be your first call! While we were moving out of state and not buying locally, we feel like Nathan would have been a great buyers agent also!

I was so impressed with the fun ideas he put together for our open houses, along with the videos he created to help market our home. Ive never seen an agent go above and beyond like this for their clients before. And when we got an offer on our home, the buyer wanted a quick closing. Nathan helped us find our dream home on a major time crunch! The house we ended up purchasing truly checked every single box on my list of wants and needs. I couldnt have been happier with how everything turned out. On top of all this, Nathan has some great connections! If you need a handyman, plumber, carpet company, a home inspector, etc, I guarantee Nathan can recommend someone for whatever your need is. We met some really great people (who are all local) through Nathan when we needed something addressed in the home we were selling as well as the home we purchased. Fantastic realtor that I would recommend to literally anyone and everyone. He really knows his stuff, and is so patient with picky homebuyers who ask a million questions (like me).
