Nathan Hart

Hi, I'm Nathan Hart-a full-time REALTORA(R) with 29 years of experience helping people buy and sell homes across Colorado. Real estate has been my career, my passion, and my investment strategy. Over the years, I've worked as a Broker of Record for two real estate companies, represented a semi-custom home builder, completed broker price opinions for banks and lenders, and built my own rental property portfolio. I currently own five rental units and have renovated and sold eight others-experience that gives me a unique perspective I bring to my clients.

What I enjoy most is helping people reach their real estate goals, whether that's selling their current home, finding their dream home, or making a smart investment. My strengths lie in pricing homes accurately, negotiating effectively, and understanding the details that make contracts work in your favor. I'm known for being honest, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable about both the local market and the buying/selling process. Communication and integrity are at the core of everything I do.

As a Colorado native, I've lived and worked in the Denver metro area my entire life. I attended Metropolitan State College and finished my college career at Regis University. Outside of real estate, I'm a husband, a dad to two great kids, a ski enthusiast, and a competitive pinball player. I'm also a dog lover and active member of the National Association of REALTORSA(R), Colorado Association of REALTORSA(R), and Denver Metro Association of REALTORSA(R).
