Home Realty Lakeshor

Michael was super. We met at an open house to go look at homes on our list but never made it because we loved the house we met at. He came prepared with the specs on the houses we originally intended to view. He gave us the pros and cons compared to the house we were at. Michael is super engaging yet relaxed; informed but not pushy. He put our needs ahead of a sale. He advised us to put an offer at asking as there were many other offers on the table. Michael made sure ours was considered and gave the seller assurances that we were qualified Byers. Offer accepted in two hours.
