ZillowVERIFIED We have both bought and sold a home with Taressa and we highly recommend her services. We recently sold our home. She priced it just right. The pictures were beautiful. Showings were well coordinated, and she managed all the details to make the process as stress free as it could be.

ZillowVERIFIED Taressa was a Godsend. We'd heard good things about her, and she proved the stories accurate. After 50 years of living in the family home, Mom and Dad had moved on to senior living. Tarressa helped us navigate the complicated process of selling our family home and securing Mom and Dad's future for years to come. We couldn't have asked for a more patient yet driven agent to work for us. She even facilitated closing at our parents' new home taking even more stress of selling away from us.

ZillowVERIFIED Taressa is great to work with! She helped us find our next home. She really listened to the things that were important to us and she found the perfect home that fits our list of wants and needs. She is very responsive to communication. She made us feel as though we were her only clients, but I know that was not the case. She is upbeat and aways had time for us. She balances giving advice with listening and was never pushy. I highly reccomend Taressa. She worked hard for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the past 10 years I have sold and purchased three different homes. Taressa has helped me sell and buy 2 of them. She's honestly the best Realtor and person I've ever worked with. She will tell you honestly if the house is not right for you and has unlimited patience. I have no idea how she does it, but she makes you feel like you're the only person that she's working with, which I know is absolutely not the case. I cannot recommend her high enough. The last home that I sold. I was going through a divorce and she made that process so easy. She went above and beyond to really be the middle person and communicated clearly and effectively with both of us so that we didn't have to do that with each other. Buying and selling homes can be high stress situations, but she has a way to make this process easy and seamless. Again, I cannot recommend her high enough and I can't imagine buying and selling another house without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Taressa and her team made the entire process of selling my home so effortless! She explained everything that was happening or needed to happen so I never felt in the dark. She recommended staging my house and supplied the decorations to make it look appealing to potential clients. She listed and sold the house within a week and negotiated well over asking price. ZillowVERIFIED My parents originally used Taressa back when I was a teenager. When I was ready to buy my first house they told me to use her. She did an amazing job. She bent over backwards to make sure we got the house we wanted. We then used her to buy and sell a few years later again worked her magic and we had multiple offers thousands over our asking price. She knows what she is doing and I highly suggest you hire her as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Taressa Sprick and her team are rockstars! I highly recommend working with them because they know Lakeshore/Grand Rapids market inside and out. People say "Its all about who you know" and that is so true in home buying. Taressa has long-time connections in the local market, she literally knew every listing agent ( for the homes we reviewed during our search) from a previous sale, this proved to be super advantageous for us in our property search.Flexibility is key when you are searching for property and Taressa was FOR SURE a 10 out of 10 for us in this category. We had a super tight timeframe, and I was not always the easiest to work with but Taressa was super flexible, she didn't miss a beat. We were looking for income properties with a broad list of "must-haves" .... I may have changed my criteria and location four or five times, and every time Taressa was totally flexible and ready to pivot for me. The bottom line is Trust. A property search for me can be a whirlwind of emotions, from excitement to disappointment, to exhaustion, and everything in-between. Taressa's genuine style helps so much with this. There were times when I found myself getting complacent and ready to "just settle" on a property that maybe didn't have everything we needed, Taressa would bring forward negative factors that would stop me from making a poor decision. When a real-estate sales executive willingly extends their time in the field to make sure a customer is happy, that is genuine. This genuine style to put her buyers before a sale is a strong reason that I will partner with Taressa again for future properties.

ZillowVERIFIED We first connected with Taressa in Oct 2019, and just closed on our house March 2021. As all of our house hunting happened long-distance and through these very unusual times, having a realtor who was responsive, supportive, understanding of our needs and willing to accommodate under less than ideal circumstances was what we needed. Taressa was a good fit for us. We relied on Taressa for her knowledge and expertise in home buying and her understanding of Hollands market, but also for her familiarity with Hollands neighborhoods and offerings. She understood what we were looking for right from the start and helped us focus in on homes that would suit our needs. Taressa was always available and worked with our less flexible schedules, she responded quickly whenever we reached out, and arraigned viewings on short notice whenever we called.Taressa was easy to talk to, honest in her assessments and very understanding and supportive of our needs. We aEURoehappenedaEUR? to connect as she was the listing agent on the first house that caught our attention, she was wonderful to work with from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home-buying experience. Taressa was the sellers' agent on the first home we toured, and she immediately adopted us. She was fair to both parties and, when we didn't get that house, she helped us through two more offers until we found the right fit. We couldn't be happier with the process and how responsive and understand Taressa has been. We highly, highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Taressas services for several of our real estate transactions. The last one was a bit unique. We were snowbirds in Florida wanting to sell our condo in West Michigan. While back in Michigan for Christmas we discussed our desire to sell our condo the following Spring. Taressa was extremely helpful giving us staging ideas to make it look its best knowing that it wouldnt go on the market for a few months. When the time came Taressa had taken care of all the details for marketing the property as well as get ready to pull the trigger. This could be an interesting time literally opening ones house while in Florida. Nothing to worry about! Once on the market it was sold in about four hours. She negotiated several weeks for us to vacate the property before the new owners took over. We are very happy with the results. Taressa is very professional and knowledgeable at what she does. If we were staying in West Michigan , and needed another Real Estate professional Taressa would be our pick.

ZillowVERIFIED We were matched up with Taressa Sprick when we called Zillow about a cottage we seen on line. We hit it off great. Taressa is very personable and helpful. She helped us come up with a good offer and a cover. So we got it we were told. The seller pulled a dirty deal on us and the realtors. Taressa worked out a compromise to make all involved happy and got the deal done. In the future when we have to sell our parents house you can bet we are going to call Taressa.

ZillowVERIFIED Taressa was our key contact for the construction of our new home. Step by step she guided us through the building process and whenever I had a question she was happy to dig in and find the answer. She and I started off on the wrong foot due to a misunderstanding with the landscape early in the process, but we worked past it and have to say we LOVED working with her! She is a straight shooter, responsive and very focused on the customer. Our first experience with a realtor left us sour and leery of all realtors, but she is one we trust and highly recommend! Taressa and the whole At Home Team are focused on details and know how to leave their customers feeling special. Whether you're, buying, selling or both you can't go wrong working with Taressa.

ZillowVERIFIED Taressa and her team were great throughout our buying and selling process. We were very picky during our search, and she listened to what we wanted and was patient with us along the way.She and her team were incredibly responsive and communicated well.We found that with the condition of the market today, this provided a lot of value to us because we could focus on our life and what was important there without significant interruption. We could allow Taressa to handle our real estate needs and trust that all the things like showings, scheduling, and paperwork were going to be taken care of. Even when there were a couple of hiccups along the way that were out of our control, they were handled well.We are thankful to Taressa for making our experience a positive one.
