Home Real Estate

Gary was enormously helpful when I worked with him to sell my house in College View. We listed on a Wednesday morning and were under contract within 12 hours for asking price. Gary is very knowledgeable and experienced, which I appreciated as I know almost nothing about real estate transactions. I felt I could trust him despite my lack of knowledge in the field, and he helped me know what I needed to do at every step of the way from making repairs before listing to closing day (on time, with zero problems). I felt much better throughout the entire process knowing that Gary was a call, email, or text away, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Gary did an amazing job. We sold a rental property in Lincoln, but since we don't live in Lincoln we relied on Gary for a lot. Gary took care of everything and even showed up at the title company when we were signing our preclosing documents. Gary was very helpful in explaining everything to us and always responded to my texts and emails. I would definitely recommend Gary for any real estate transactions.

Gary was absolutely the best!!! As seniors we were moving from Nebraska to South Carolina and his services were absolutely top notch and our sale went through without a hitch. The house was listed on Wednesday and we under contract by Friday the same week!!! He is caring, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, responds immediately and above all professional!!! I would give 10 stars if allowed. If you want the best to represent you in the sale or purchase of a home, Gary Hardt is the one to choose.

Gary went above and beyond to help us sell our home AND in less than 4 DAYS!!! He helped us with every part of the process. Having walk alongside us allowed us to feel completely comfortable every step of the way. With moving being one of the top life stressors having someone who is an expert at all of the ins and outs, extremely knowledgeable, able and available to answer questions as they come up is an absolute necessity. I cannot imagine of doing this without him. I 100% recommend using Gary Hardt as your realtor.

Gary did an outstanding job. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did a great job keeping us informed throughout entire the selling process. He is a very dedicated realtor and we would highly recommend working with him.
