Home Grown Group Realty, LLC

Josh and Shelby helped us look for a home for over a year. They prayed for us every step of the way, and their prayers were very appreciated! We finally found our home and are in the process of settling in! I definitely recommend contacting them when looking for your home!

Amazing team that made my husband and I first time home owners! They really do their research and they answered every question we had in a great timely manner! Definitely made us feel like a priority and not a hassle!

I contacted Josh about looking for a house in September. He responded immediately, and we spent some time talking about what we were looking for. Josh was very patient and walked us through exactly what we needed to know in order to get a good house for our money. Then, he put in long hours and lots of work to make sure that we were well-informed and knew where we stood with each of our offers, and even offered tips on getting in offers that got accepted. When dealing with houses, he always gave an honest opinion on what was a fair offer to make, and was very straightforward about what we should be looking for in a house. Great experience. I would absolutely buy a home with him again, and hope to have the pleasure again someday.

From day one, Joshua showed us the extra attention we were not expecting! Weve been down this road before, where an agent has a contract and just wants a signature. Joshua is the exception! Joshua met with us and listened to our expectations and offered his expertise. I could not be happier with his recommendations!

Quick responses for all my questions and the entire process was very smooth. Went from looking to owning in about a month and got exactly what I wanted.
