I contacted Josh about looking for a house in September. He responded immediately, and we spent some time talking about what we were looking for. Josh was very patient and walked us through exactly what we needed to know in order to get a good house for our money. Then, he put in long hours and lots of work to make sure that we were well-informed and knew where we stood with each of our offers, and even offered tips on getting in offers that got accepted. When dealing with houses, he always gave an honest opinion on what was a fair offer to make, and was very straightforward about what we should be looking for in a house. Great experience. I would absolutely buy a home with him again, and hope to have the pleasure again someday.
