Home Charm Realty

It was an AMAZING experience! She was totally freaking fantastic! Every question we had she answered (trust me, I sure asked her a bunch of questions) From beginning to end we never had to worry, she made ensured us every step and just made buying our home super super easy!

I can not recommend Ashley enough! Our home buying process was so smooth and enjoyable thanks to all her knowledge, and determination! She was quick to answer all of our questions, and truly looks out for her clients best interest. She truly enjoys what she does and it reflects in her professionalism. She cared about our wants and needs not only in a house but also financially. She negotiated a great offer for us and we couldnt be happier with our new home! She went ABOVE and BEYOND for us we couldnt be more grateful. She made us feel very comfortable and made the home buying process enjoyable! I would use her time and time again and will forever recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!

She has done an amazing job, helping me stay calm and focus on what i really wanted out of a house instead of settling . This is my first time buying a home , and i wouldnt have wanted to use anyone else to me guide me . She has made a dream come true for my son and myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone to get through this process. Not only has she been amazing, she also has an amazing team !

Outstanding, my first house buying experience and I had demi in my corner which felt great. She was responsive and was very knowledgeable. The process was smooth, I didn't have to go out of my way to get things going she took care of everything. If I ever decide to buy or sell a house Demi is my go-to.

I highly recommend Esmerelda Griego. She is one of the hardest-working people I have ever had the opportunity to work with, in real estate or otherwise. Esmerelda is dependable, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people she represents. She always keeps her clients best interests in mind and is willing to put in the extra time and effort to make sure things are handled correctly. What I appreciate most about Esmerelda is her work ethic and integrity. She does not just go through the motions. She stays involved, communicates well, and works hard from beginning to end. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will truly advocate for you and treat your transaction like it matters, I would absolutely recommend Esmerelda. Mattie Smith
