ZillowVERIFIED She has done an amazing job, helping me stay calm and focus on what i really wanted out of a house instead of settling . This is my first time buying a home , and i wouldnt have wanted to use anyone else to me guide me . She has made a dream come true for my son and myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone to get through this process. Not only has she been amazing, she also has an amazing team !

ZillowVERIFIED In a aEURoecomplicated real estate marketaEUR? with increasing interest rates, etc. Melody Villasana managed to sell our home at Warp speed; our home was on the market for only an hour when we received an offer and were soon under contract. Our transaction was a fast and easy transaction, but only because of Melodys knowledge about the current market, her advice on the pricing of our home (based on sales comps around the area), and her hard work and willingness to help every time we called with a question; it is clear her customers are her #1 priority. We have done business with her in the past and will continue to do so because her service and professionalism is second to none.

ZillowVERIFIED I CANNOT rave enough about the experience we had with Melody. We knew selling our home during the pandemic would be difficult , especially having to move out of state. Melody made us feel comfortable in leaving our home in her hands and made sure that everything went smoothly and was as stress free as possible. She went above and beyond (from helping us sell and deliver our appliances to listening to me cry about my son being diagnosed T1D). Melody was professional but also showed an incredible amount of empathy. I would recommend her a million times over. Not only is she a great realtor (who I now consider a friend), but she was a phenomenal support system for our family. Melody is an extraordinary person who will not disappoint you!

ZillowVERIFIED Melody has been great! Very helpful, very reliable and very responsive! I think the only time we couldnt get a hold of her was when she was busy with other clients but she got back to us soon after that. There was a moment during our process where we lost hope in selling our home and she did not give up. She sacrificed a lot of her time and money into making our house sell. She handled the negotiations very well and kept us in the loop during the entire time. I definitely recommend her as your next realtor. Her team at Home Charm Realty are also very professional as well

ZillowVERIFIED Melody Villasana has been extremely, professional, and helpful. We are first time home sellers and she has thoroughly explained and is walking us through the process. At the same time we are also looking to buy a new home, and she is helping us with that as well! Since the first time I contacted her interested in viewing a home, she has always responded very quickly to my messages, e-mails and phone calls. She is very knowledgeable and always prepared with information about the homes we have asked to see. We aren't done with the process but so far my husband and I are very pleased with Melody and all of her help with both selling and buying a home. We are already recommending her to our family and friends!
