Joan guided us through two home purchases and one sale. We looked at a lot of houses before we found the right ones, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She listened to what we wanted, and she was always on the lookout for listings that she thought might interest us. She never showed us a house that didn't meet our "must haves".
