Joan guided us through two home purchases and one sale. We looked at a lot of houses before we found the right ones, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She listened to what we wanted, and she was always on the lookout for listings that she thought might interest us. She never showed us a house that didn't meet our "must haves". It was really the second home purchase that made me a lifelong fan of Joan's - she called us the minute the house came on the market, because she knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Also, closing on the sale of our first house was difficult and took longer than we hoped - but Joan was diligent and proactive about working with the other realtor, going above and beyond to close the deal.
