Hill AFB/ Northern Utah Homes- Ascent Real Estate Group

We are so grateful we found Jill! We originally planned to use a realtor through a referral rewards program, but after speaking with the USAA loan officer, we were left feeling like we werent ready to buy a home and maybe we should just rent. After reading Jills amazing reviews, we decided to reach outaEUR"and we are SO glad we did! Jill referred us to Guy Hassell and his team at Intercap Lending, and together they guided us through both the home-buying and VA loan process every step of the way. They made us feel encouraged, supported, and never judged. Thanks to them, we were able to close on our home in just 2 A 1/2 weeks and move out of our horrible Airbnb basement much sooner than expected! We couldnt be happier with our decision to reach out to Jill. She truly went above and beyond, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, ESPECIALLY a first time home buyer!

Working with Jill was an incredible experience from start to finish. Since I was stationed in Guam while buying a home in Utah, I knew the process would be challenging, but Jill made it feel seamless. She went above and beyond by scheduling virtual showings, walking me through every property in detail, and always making sure I felt confident in my decisions despite being thousands of miles away. Her communication was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way, responded quickly to my questions, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. Buying a home from across the world could have been incredibly stressful, but thanks to Jills dedication, expertise, and constant support, the entire process was smooth and successful. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Jill, for making this all happen!

Jill is awesome!! Did an out of state purchase, and she was super helpful with doing virtual walkthroughs, answering all of my many questions, and finding a house that fit my preferences. The house is fantastic, she made the home buying process as stress free as it can be!

Jill took a lot of the stress off of our move to Utah and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. We would normally live in base housing, but Hill AFB had a 6 month waitlist so that wasn't an option and rental prices are really high in the area. We decided to buy and managed to complete most of the process before even leaving our previous base thanks to Jill's virtual tours and responsivness at all hours. We used all of her referrals and each one has been extremely professional.

Jill Charnews was absolutely wonderful to work with! As a military relocation specialist, she understood the unique needs of our family and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jill was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond every step of the way. She helped us get **above asking price** and had our house **under contract in less than a week**! We couldnt have been happier with the results. Jill also continued to make us feel like valued clients long after the transaction. She was always thoughtful about inviting us to client appreciation events and even remembering us with wonderful holiday gifts. Its clear that Jill genuinely cares about her clients and the relationships she builds. We highly recommend Jill Charnews to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring real-estate agentaEUR"especially military families!
