Jill was kind enough to meet with us and discuss the pros and cons of buying an existing home versus building a new home. We were very impressed with Jill but had been told by the builder's broker that because we had walked through the model home, we would not be allowed to bring a realtor in to help us. Fast-forward nine years, and it is time for our oldest to start looking for a home. Lessons learned from our previous home-buying experience made using a realtor a must this time around. We left our meeting with Jill nine years ago knowing that if we ever needed a realtor in the future, we would be calling Jill. We met with Jill and discussed what we were looking for. She had the perfect community in mind based on the criteria that had been discussed. Five days later, an offer was submitted and accepted by the seller.
