Hua Hua and her team member Yiqi Liu | Yolanda acted very professionally in helping me to locate the townhouse I need and they are very patient and resourceful. They walked me through many small items on the closing date, before and after the closing date as well. If you want to relocate from another state or even a country but don't have much time to search for or you don't have too many local knowledge to start with, her team is highly reliable and helpful.

Ive had a really great experience renting from Sophia, and I would definitely recommend her as a landlord. From the beginning, she has been kind, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. One of the things I appreciate the most is how responsive she is. She always responds to my messages within 24 hours, which gives me peace of mind whenever I have a question, concern, or need help with something related to the property. Sophia is also very understanding and professional. She makes the renting process feel simple and stress-free, and I always feel comfortable reaching out to her when something comes up. Its clear that she cares about her tenants and wants them to have a positive experience living in the property. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience renting from Sophia. Having a landlord who is reliable, responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with makes a big difference. I would happily rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great landlord and a positive rental experience.
