We made an offer earlier but due to a problem with the selling of my property in NY we had to put the buying process on hold. There was a stipulation in the sales contract if we close before a certain date we could get a better price. I did not think that was possible, but she planned beforehand getting docs from the HOA and she was able to push both sides attorney to make it happen.
