We had hired another real estate agent that fired us after the first showing. I e-mailed Rick and he answered in 10 minutes! He arranged to meet us 2 days later and showed us 4 homes. We bought the fourth one. All through the process, Rick was positive, fun and honest. We loved every second of our interaction with him. We kind of miss him now that we have closed! The Best real estate agent out there.

Fred was a huge help to us in selling our house. He was very professional and always stayed in contact with us even if there was no new news. He just a great guy to talk to as a person. He takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. I would very highly recommend him. He is the only realtor we will use in Florida. We consider him a friend now.

I cannot say enough great things about using Rick as our realtor. We were extremely nervous to find a realtor that would work with us, especially being first-time home buyers and relocating from out of state.
