My name is Frederick "Rick" Crowdus, and I'm passionate about helping you find your perfect home in Northeast Florida. I have spent the last 3 years as a coach and mentor for new agents to the world of real estate. It is now time to get back to doing what I love, helping people with their real estate needs and goals!

Originally from Mississippi, I moved to South Florida before settling in Green Cove Springs in 2007 with my wife, Danielle. With an Associate's Degree in Business Management from St. Johns River State College, I bring a strong foundation in business principles to the real estate market.

Having explored much of Northeast Florida-from Clay to Putnam, Bradford to St. Johns, Flagler, and even parts of Duval County-I have a deep understanding of the area's unique neighborhoods and opportunities. My previous career in driving commercial motor vehicles allowed me to see this beautiful region from a variety of perspectives, and I leverage that experience to help my customers make well-informed decisions.

When I'm not helping customers, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, whether it's fishing, camping with friends, four-wheeling, or cheering on my favorite teams: the Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, and UCF Knights. I believe that life is best lived outside, and I'm always up for an adventure with friends and family.

As Thomas Edison famously said when asked why he had failed so many times at inventing the light-bulb, "I haven't failed; I've just found 10,000 ways that didn't work." I cannot say enough great things about using Rick as our realtor. We were extremely nervous to find a realtor that would work with us, especially being first-time home buyers and relocating from out of state. We finally found Rick and wow, what a blessing it was to have him on our side. He worked tirelessly to find us our home, in spite of the many questions and messages I sent him throughout the time working with him. He was able to explain the home buying process to us and make sure that we were well taken care of while not always being available in person. We had hired another real estate agent that fired us after the first showing. I e-mailed Rick and he answered in 10 minutes! He arranged to meet us 2 days later and showed us 4 homes.
