Here Realty

I recommend Jim to everyone I know who is buying or selling a home. He helped us find our new forever home. We searched with him for 2 1/5 years and he never gave up on us! Jim was also great in selling the home we were living in at the time. Not only is Jim knowledgeable and very professional, he is also super friendly. I know who to contact if I need to buy or sell again.

You wont find a more knowledgeable or helpful real estate professional than James Luth. Very professional, responsive and driven to satisfy his buyers and sellers and help achieve their real estate goals. I highly recommend James for either end of any real estate transaction, large or small.

James Luth was beyond absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of buying and selling our home even in this very tough market. He made us feel at ease knowing he had everything under control. His professionalism and commitment to his work was truly commendable. If you are in the market of either buying or selling your home; I would HIGHLY recommend James Luth as your realtor - you wont find better!

When we wanted to sell our house back in Febuary we knew who to call, James at Here Reality. Then what do you know a global pandemic hit. James made us feel confident that we were going to have no problem selling our home and finding our next home. And he was right! Our home sold extremely quick for above asking and he did promptly find us another home which is what we were exactly looking for! But 3 days before closing the buyer backed out! James still remained confident and told us not to worry. Wouldnt you know it he sold our house yet again in less than 48 hours! But then problems began to arise with the sellers of the new property we were about to buy and James made sure he had us covered. Whether that was getting attorneys involved to ensure we were protected, just making sure we were always in the loop with what was happening and setting up multiple inspections as this new property was new construction. But after months of having to deal with this nightmare of a seller and the terrible realtor that was selling this home. We decided to walk away from this property, which I thought would make any realtor frustrated but not James he came up with a game plan right away. And even with the pandemic still going on and it being a major sellers market James found us our perfect home. We could not be happier with the service, the professionalism and commitment James gave to these transactions I think anyone else would have given up on us but James did not miss a beat! We highly highly recommend him and his team at Here Reality. We will always be using him in all future purchases and sales! Thanks again James!

James is just the best there is. He is beyond knowledgeable for all aspects of buying a home in RI. Personally I would never use another realtor. Thank you James
