James Luth is the Founder and Principal Broker of Here Realty, a full-service independent brokerage founded in 2017 and licensed across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Licensed since 2006, James has personally closed more than 400 transactions and leads a team of roughly 30 agents from Here Realty's office in Cranston. He built his career at Keller Williams Realty of Newport, where he served as Technology Coordinator for the market center, before founding Here Realty to build a brokerage designed around agent growth rather than fee collection.
James works across residential, multi-family, waterfront, investment, and commercial property, and personally attends every showing. Here Realty runs almost entirely on referrals.
