Colleen was wonderful in helping me find a home in the Powell, Ohio area. I currently live in Northwest Ohio so my availability to look was very limited. She was always willing to meet and talk with me an anytime of the day or night. She was always proactive in finding multiple home to visit when I was available to come look at homes in person. Once I found my home to purchased she stepped in and made everything happen without any issues. She was able to negotiate a great contract that I was very comfortable with and will allow me to make the renovations that I want to do. She always made me feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process. I felt at all times that she had my best interest in mind. Colleen has gone above being just a realtor to me as she has help me by providing names of individuals and businesses to help me with the remodeling of my new house. The process of buying a new house on my own was very overwhelming but Colleen made me feel so comfortable and confident I was buying the right house for me.
