We had a glitch in our mortgage process and she redirected us to another lender and kept the sellers happy despite the delay. The deal could have fallen thru without her intervention. When it came to selling our home, she provided expert advice, help with staging, excellent photography and direction in the negotiations. She is very attuned to details and deadlines so nothing was missed and that meant we did not have to worry or fret. Our home was in a higher price range and could have taken a longer time to sell, but thanks to Colleen, it sold quickly. On top of all of that, she is friendly, down to earth and very easy to work along side. Colleen is the complete professional package and I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, what can I say? My husband and I were very satisfied with Colleen Reynolds. She listened to what our personal goals were and helped us get the best value out of our home sale. We werent in a hurry, although our home had curb offers and sold within 1 day. And did I mention it sold for over asking price. Highest priced home sale in our neighborhood to date. Its great to get a high price, but then come the bankers. Will the house appraise for the sale price? Colleen Reynolds knew our neighborhood well and that was one of the reasons we chose her over other realtors we interviewed. She knew what needed to be done and she prepared the necessary documents to help ensure the appraiser saw the value that we and the buyers saw in our home. We cleared the appraisal process, cleared the inspection, and sold our home for well over asking price. Every time we asked Colleen for advice she laid out all of our options. She was never bias in one direction or another. She may have been thinking the decision shed make, but she truly listened to us as we navigated decisions that had to be made. She assisted my family in selling our home and finding a new one after a rather unpleasant experience with another Realtor who told me that I needed to spend upwards of 10,000 dollars to upgrade my home in order to sell. We luckily sought a second opinion and found Colleen. She scheduled a time to meet with our family (on the weekend) and provided a hands on consultation and recommendation. Contrary to our first realtor she only recommended a few necessary low cost upgrades and also provided a home stager at no additional charge. Upon listing our home we had an offer within 24 hours! She then went out of her way to make herself available to take us through houses we were looking to purchase. She made the whole experience very easy and I would recommend her to anyone.
