Hello Homes GR

This is our second buy/sell with Ashley. Why did we come back, because she is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, easy going, quick to respond to questions, a skilled negotiator, and just a fun person to work with. If we were to move again she would be our very first call. I would and have recommended her to family and friends.

I had a unique situation with needing to get out of a fairly recent bad house purchase, then to find another home. I reached out to Ashley and within a few days, I had a plan for moving forward. She helped me every step of the way in selling the one place, and then in searching for another home. She referred a financial institution that not only got me financed but is also going to serve me in future needs. Always patient, always helpful, always professional, Ashley then wrapped up my entire experience with coordinating the closure of both houses on the same day, with negotiations that suited me. I recommend Hello Homes and Ashley very highly!

Ashley is a true professional in the field. She is very well connected and knows the various GR communities well. We found our house quickly in a tight and limited market. Highly recommend.
