Since she runs a local agency, she has a great network of local mortgage brokers and home inspectors. Her team is also very reliable and always arrived on time for showings. She also had a good grasp of the Greater Grand Rapids real estate market and what is takes to get an offer accepted. She has a good attitude and wont pressure you to submit an offer you arent comfortable with. She ultimately got our offer accepted for our new house at asking price, and we were allowed an inspection for informational purposes only. This was only a 20 year old house as well. We were very happy with the outcome in such a competitive market. I would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down, Ashley is the reason we were able to find a spectacular home in Grand Rapids, MI. I think my wife and I came to look at houses around the worst possible time for home buyers. The market was crazy and it was not unreasonable for a listing to last < 24 hours when we were looking. For first time home buyers it was a a daunting affair. She did great answering all of our questions and presenting us with homes that fit within our budget and had all of the amenities we were looking for. She is extremely personable and was great to work with. Though the market wasn't what you would want as a first time home buyer we couldn't imagine working with someone else. During the time of closing, there was a lot going on (wedding, moving to Grand Rapids, graduating from school, flying internationally on the day of closing and getting home loan approved). Ashley took everything one step at a time and truly took a lot of the stress out of closing on a house by taking care of all the little things (Setup separate meetings and arranged title closing with a POA to sign for us because we were out of the country). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy house. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new home and this was all because of the hard work of Ashley.
