She also had a good grasp of the Greater Grand Rapids real estate market and what is takes to get an offer accepted. She has a good attitude and wont pressure you to submit an offer you arent comfortable with. She ultimately got our offer accepted for our new house at asking price, and we were allowed an inspection for informational purposes only. This was only a 20 year old house as well.
