Brent was a fantastic agent! We met him at one of Harry Norman's home buying seminars, which served as a great introduction to the process for my fiance' and I. Brent's greatest value to us was his dual competency as both an agent and as an appraiser. It gave him a unique ability to help assess the value of the home. He helped us see the potential in a home and look beyond the splashy upgrades. Lastly, we went with all of his recommended vendors (Home Services Lending for mortgage, inspection guy, etc). He gave us multiple referrals, and we picked the best. The best just happened to be the ones he preferred. Now, we have closed on the house and are doing some work prior to move in. Brent is continuing to keep in touch with us to make sure we are satisfied and serving as a point of reference for other random questions we have on how to approach the updates.
