I'm not a person who usually writes reviews but I have a lot to say about our experience with Tonya Hurt. We had two rental houses we wanted to sell and had a lot of questions about requirements around tenant notices and COVID. Tonya was able to help us navigate these requirements. She is very knowledgeable and when she didn't know the answer, she was honest and recommended a lawyer who could help. She was respectful regarding scheduling showings around the tenants' schedules and she was super careful regarding COVID. She limited the number of people in the house at a time and did not allow prospective buyers to touch anything in the house. The tenants left doors open and lights on. She is a great communicator and an all around wonderful person to work with. She kept us informed every step of the journey and I feel went above and well beyond what a realtor usually does.
