Happel Inc., Realtors

Jackie is amazing! Jackie helped us to sell a home as well as buy another home. The clock was ticking for both transactions and I couldn't be happier with every step of the way. Jackie can be described as follows: PREPARED - Jackie came with great information in advance about the property and the land. She knew the market and the area really well to help us make informed decisions. She helped us sell and she helped us buy. WILLING - Jackie is the roll up her sleeves, get it done kind of a person. She showed up at our property and looked beyond a quick assessment of the house - she measured, saw features, saw potential, saw how to overcome flaws. SEES THE BIG PICTURE - Jackie quickly realized that selling one house was one piece to the puzzle, but finding a rental or another purchase was critical to the success of the project. She understood pretty substantial challenges and was super helpful in selling property, finding buyers for contents, finding purchase options as well as cleaning the purchase home. DETERMINED - Jackie never gave up; never said this isn't my job, went above and beyond in every aspect. COMMUNICATIVE - Jackie figured out how to communicate with ultimately 3 different stakeholders - the resident of the home being sold, the trustee and the trustee's spouse - all with slightly (or widely) different opinions and perspectives. HELPFUL - We couldn't have done it without her - Jackie helped every step of the way. WeI strongly endorse Jackie Weisenburger to help you sell your home or buy a new home!

Jackie is so good at what she does. Very positive. Knowledgeable, honest and kind. She was also very patient with us. We're first time home buyers and she made us feel at ease and hopeful. We consider her our friend and we still keep in touch. We heard all of the horror stories of buying a house, but with Jackie everything went smooth. Very pleased.

Jackie was fantastic to work with! She got our home sold quickly so we could get in to our dream home. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!

Jackie was a great realtor to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if they are a first-time home buyer or are new to real estate investing. She has a teacher's attitude, and took the time to point out things that my lack of experience would have easily overlooked. She is well-networked with realtors, property owners, and lenders, and has experience both as a realtor and as an investor. She was a valuable ally to have in my corner when looking for my first rental property, and I hope to continue to work with her for quite some time.

Jackie is always up to show you the houses you ask for and will give you her honest opinion on the places you look at. She finds all the information you need and always comes prepared to the showings. Jackie is an upbeat personality with a positive outlook that always leaves you feeling good even when your house hunting my not.
