ZillowVERIFIEDJackie was a great realtor to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if they are a first-time home buyer or are new to real estate investing. She has a teacher's attitude, and took the time to point out things that my lack of experience would have easily overlooked. She is well-networked with realtors, property owners, and lenders, and has experience both as a realtor and as an investor. She was a valuable ally to have in my corner when looking for my first rental property, and I hope to continue to work with her for quite some time.

Jackie is amazing! Jackie helped us to sell a home as well as buy another home. The clock was ticking for both transactions and I couldn't be happier with every step of the way. Jackie can be described as follows: PREPARED - Jackie came with great information in advance about the property and the land. She knew the market and the area really well to help us make informed decisions. She helped us sell and she helped us buy. WILLING - Jackie is the roll up her sleeves, get it done kind of a person. She showed up at our property and looked beyond a quick assessment of the house - she measured, saw features, saw potential, saw how to overcome flaws. SEES THE BIG PICTURE - Jackie quickly realized that selling one house was one piece to the puzzle, but finding a rental or another purchase was critical to the success of the project. She understood pretty substantial challenges and was super helpful in selling property, finding buyers for contents, finding purchase options as well as cleaning the purchase home. DETERMINED - Jackie never gave up; never said this isn't my job, went above and beyond in every aspect. COMMUNICATIVE - Jackie figured out how to communicate with ultimately 3 different stakeholders - the resident of the home being sold, the trustee and the trustee's spouse - all with slightly (or widely) different opinions and perspectives. HELPFUL - We couldn't have done it without her - Jackie helped every step of the way. WeI strongly endorse Jackie Weisenburger to help you sell your home or buy a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie is so good at what she does. Very positive. Knowledgeable, honest and kind. She was also very patient with us. We're first time home buyers and she made us feel at ease and hopeful. We consider her our friend and we still keep in touch. We heard all of the horror stories of buying a house, but with Jackie everything went smooth. Very pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking to purchase a rental property and Jackie was able to quickly give me input and details on every listing in my price range. Her expertise is incredibly valuable! She showed me the homes I was interested in and we discussed the pros & cons. Nothing was the right fit, but when Jackie saw a home for sale by owner, she called me and I made an offer and bought it the same day. She wasn't concerned that this sale would not be included in her MLS sales numbers. She cares much more about her clients needs than putting a feather in her own cap. No waiting around with Jackie, she gets it done! List or purchase through Jackie, you'll see what I'm talking about ;)

ZillowVERIFIED I was totally impressed by the level of service I received from Jackie. She took the time to educate me about the entire buying process from start to finish. She understood how busy my schedule was and definitely made the most of my time by scheduling showings that only met all of my criteria. When we found a property that wasn't on the market, she even helped negotiate that private sale. In my opinion, buying a home is like riding a roller coaster and you definitely want someone in the seat next to you to remind you that you're almost "home". I felt like she was with me through each climb and decent.

ZillowVERIFIED We were being relocated out of the area for my husband's job, and needed to sell our home quickly. After interviewing several realtors we decided to use Jackie. She was the only realtor that we spoke to that understood the importance of online marketing and analytics. She hired a professional photographer to best showcase our home (still images & virtual tour). She was ALWAYS available to us whenever we had a question or concern. With her help and guidance, we received and accepted an offer on our home just nine days after listing it!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie is much more than a realtor. To say she went above and beyond would not do our experience justice. Jackie is fast to respond and excellent about keeping in touch. At one point she was even responding to emails at 2 in the morning. Jackie gives excellent suggestions about how to stage your house and even has a professional stager if you wish. She is very thorough about explaining each step of the process. She is up front and honest, punctual, and professional. She maintains a positive attitude and won't let anything stop her or stand in her way. Jackie did about everything except pack up our boxes and load them on the truck for us, and I'm sure she would have done that if we had asked! Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie is the best, she listened to what we wanted and only showed us houses that fit our criteria. When we found a couple of houses that we were really interested in, Jackie was there helping us narrow our choices, showing us the good and the bad of each house. When we chose the house we bought, she was on top of getting our appraisal, getting the inspection and even setting us up with the right people to fix the problems. She worked well with the other Realtor and had us in our new home in no time.We recommend Jackie to all our friends and family, and think you should give her try too. Jackie goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie is more than a Realtor. She made our dream a reality. My husband and are were first time home buyers, knew nothing about how to buy a home, and are the first in our families to do so. She helped us through every step of the process from the very beginning to get our credit profiles in order, to finding the home that is perfect for our family, to closing the deal with an incredible team behind her to do so. She is a leader, and it is so rare to find someone passionate about what they do. Jackie puts her personal touch and heart into every transaction I have seen her be a part of. She listens, she cares, she is professional, and she is willing to work with you to do what it takes! I was very impressed. She was excellent!
