Josh Keehan was outstanding throughout our home-buying process. We contacted him about a property in Russellville, KY, and he was consistently accommodating, honest, and reliable. Even though we live three hours away, he made every stepaEUR"from the first conversation to closingaEUR"simple and stress-free. His communication and follow-through were exceptional, and we always felt taken care of. Highly recommend working with Josh.

I would trust Josh with all of my real estate needs. He is very responsive and has a deep knowledge of the real estate market. I never had to worry about anything as he kept me informed throughout the entire home search and process.

Chandler helped us purchase our latest home and she was awesome to work with! She is very proactive and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We always felt confident with her advice and she was always fighting for us when we had to negotiate. Chandler was on top of the situation from start to finish. We've worked with several agents over the years and she was by far the best. I would recommend her to anyone.

Josh was AMAZING! As first time home buyers he made it beyond easy for us and never felt like I was bothering him anytime Id call or texted him and answered all our questions as if he doesnt do it multiple times a day. Would definitely use him again or recommend him to anyone who asked.

Josh did a really good job, we were shopping for houses for a few months and he stayed consistent the whole time time. He was very knowledgeable and made buying my first house as easy as possible.
