The house was never even listed on any realty websites due to Adam finding buyers so quickly. Once we accepted the full price offer, Adam was very quick to answer any of our questions. My mother has lived near Auburn for most of my life and recommended Adam Haley. She has known him for years and used to work with him so had first hand knowledge of his work ethic. He made the process a BREEZE! So when a change in jobs for my husband made it necessary to move quickly, we knew there was no one else to call except Adam. He kept in contact with me through our entire process of getting ready to sell our home...I wanted to paint and finish some projects first. He had a buyer lined up before we ever listed the home! Luckily, we were patient and just the day before we went to market, Adam got us our FULL asking price, with out the need for an inspection! We moved early and Adam handled all the details via text, email, phone calls, and an overnighted package. We have a nice settlement check and want to pay it back by leaving him a review! Adam always responded to my texts and very responsive to my calls/messages. I was moving out of state so I had another agent to sell my TN home. ZillowVERIFIED We used a different realtor when buying our first home, when Adam was referred to us by a previous client of his we were eager to try a new realtor. And I must say it was the best decision we made. Adam helped us list and sell our 1st home in Allen county for full asking price in 1 month of listing with several showings. He also worked hard showing us houses to buy for 3 months before we found the one we loved in Warren County. He knew and researched both markets in each county even though he is based in Logan County. Adam ALWAYS kept communication open even when we had questions at 9pm. Adam gave us feedback as well as personal suggestions when we asked. Whenever his schedule was tied up and we wanted to fit in a last minute viewing then he made sure someone from his office could meet us. We met 3 others from his office who were also very friendly and helpful. Adam has been truly amazing, vastly different than our first realtor. With it being autumn, we were prepared for it to take awhile for any buyers to take interest, but Adam had a buyer and back up buyer within weeks! And his estimate of what we could get for our home was spot-on. The financing was through a government loan, which would have been a long , confusing process for us, but with the help of Adam and his team, all we had to do was respond to their emails and wait. My husband and I was living in an apartment and really hadnt even thought about buying a house yet when we seen one for sale we liked. I knew nothing about buying a home nor where to start. I had a family member who had recently purchased a home and had mentioned at a family get together that Adam was her realtor and she loved him! So I called Adam and said I really didnt know where to start but knew I wanted to use him as our realtor. Without any hesitation he was eager to help and immediately emailed me what we needed to do to get started. The house we was originally interested in had actually sold that day so we started looking for another home. My husband worked third shift while I worked days but that was never an issue! With our crazy schedules sometimes I had to call Adam at the crack of dawn or email late at night and he was always quick to respond. Adam made sure to send me pictures and information on new listings as soon as they hit the market. He would meet with us on Saturdays and late evenings to show us houses, just whatever worked best for us. We looked for a few months before finding our forever home. Adam made the process so easy through putting in our offer, negotiating, and closing. Nearly a year after purchasing our home I still call Adam with random questions and he is happy to help. Not only did we get the perfect house for us but we gained a friend!
