H Team Dream Homes

The Hamman team was great to work with. We listed and sold 2 properties with them and they made it a really easy process. We had the one listed for years and didn't sell the Hammon team sold it within months. We were very thankful and pleased with both sales.

Super friendly!! Definitely felt at ease with her and Cindy! It was one of the best feelings knowing we had just found our 4EverHome! Will definitely refer everyone I know that is looking to buy!

Both Eric and Heather did a very good job of marketing the condo unit and of handling the showings. The area that we thought was questionable was the buyer not willing to prorate the monthly maintenance fees. We had paid the fees ahead and the buyer said since we did pay ahead we had already intended to pay so the remaining month of fees should not be reimbursed to the seller. We allowed it but our feeling is, if we are prorating fees, taxes etc. that benefit both buyer and seller then we should do the same with all fees and taxes. That said we were pleased to have the Hamman Team represent and sell or Condo unit.

Team Hamman took over the sale of my Lake home from another Realtor. They gave me personal attention and made the sale go very quickly as they found a buyer that was well qualified. Any questions that came along were taken care of professionally and expeditiously.Team Hamman has a great presence in the geographical area and were very knowledgeable in selling my lake house
