ZillowVERIFIEDBoth Eric and Heather did a very good job of marketing the condo unit and of handling the showings. The area that we thought was questionable was the buyer not willing to prorate the monthly maintenance fees. We had paid the fees ahead and the buyer said since we did pay ahead we had already intended to pay so the remaining month of fees should not be reimbursed to the seller. We allowed it but our feeling is, if we are prorating fees, taxes etc. that benefit both buyer and seller then we should do the same with all fees and taxes. That said we were pleased to have the Hamman Team represent and sell or Condo unit.

They were flexible with scheduling, extremely helpful when determining the best areas to search, and accurate with advice about lending options to best fit my needs. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking for a realtor team that was honest, ethical and hardworking. We had previously tried to sell our home and did not have the greatest experience. A friend referred us to Team Hamman and I am so thankful we used them! I remember when we first met Heather, we had recently taken our house off the market and she showed us a listing of the home of our dreams.... I politely said, "That's a nice house, but we couldn't sell ours!" After some encouragement about trying to sell our home again, we listed with Team Hamman.When they came to visit the property we wanted to sell, they asked US what we wanted the listing price to be instead of coming to our home with a price already set based on "comparable comps in the area". Wow! That was pretty refreshing! Usually you get thrown a piece of paper with a listing price that kicks you in the gut... not with Team Hamman! Our house was immediately listed and had two offers within 24hrs which created a bidding war. We received 2k over our asking price! Now that our home had sold, we did go ahead and put an offer on the house of our dreams.... and we got it! I was also grateful on how responsive Team Hamman is with responding to emails, texts and phone calls. They work very hard to make you feel like you're their top priority. Also, when shopping for our new home, Heather had conducted research on the properties before we arrived at the showing... I appreciated that very much. One home had a shed on the neighbor's property line. She brought that to our attention right away to help eliminate surprises down the road. Can't say enough good things about these people. They're fun to be around and have a good sense of humor too... that's always a plus!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather and Eric were amazing. We worked mostly with Heather however we did see Eric on the showing of what is now our home. When we first looked we told Heather we were "just looking," this would be our first home and I didn't want to just settle. While looking for homes we tried to go cheep because who doesn't want cheep, however those homes were way too small or had way too much work to do. Heather listened to us and showed us those homes but encourage us to look at homes that were just a little bit more because they had everything we were looking for. I am so glad that we listened to her advice, she knows what she is talking about and is well knowledgable in the market. I have not experienced her selling a house for us, but if and when the time comes she will be the first one I call. I highly recommend the Hamman's for any of your real estate needs.
