This is a review we wrote to Wayne and the entire team working to get my wife and I processed. Thanks to all who have expedited and facilitated this process! I am amazed at the collaboration and team play getting Susan and I through expediently. I am also impressed with the use of technology and speed of ALL responses. This is our fifth home purchase and I can honestly say this was by far the best process we have ever engaged. Your transparency and team work by far out weighed the rest. There was no blame game at all in this delivery. Thank you very much to all and kudos to you?????????????? For those of you who dont know, Sue and I have been surveying Florida for over 5 years and Wayne Welch has been pivotal in showing us various types of properties over the years (we should have bought earlier??). Thank you Wayne for your personal time and attention to detail for so many years! Thanks to both agent for acquiescing $500.00 plus fees to make this deal happen as well. We appreciate it!

Theresa is outstanding. In 2011 when I was looking for a house I reached out to her. She was recommended by a friend. This year when I wanted to sell my house she was the first person I thought of. She returned my call right away and within days the house was listed and sold. I was also interested in buying a new house and she was extremely helpful. Her knowledge of Sarasota County is top notch and once again within days I was signing forms to build a new house in a new development. She listens to you and works for you. As for going above and beyond . . . the last thing I expected was for her to offer to paint my pool deck for me. She did and between the two of us we got it painted. I appreciate her very much and would recommend her very highly to anyone interested in either buying or selling. Again . . . top notch and outstanding!
