ReviewI have to say it is an understatement to say that she goes above and beyond. She never did get tired of my endless questions and change of directions. When I wanted to give up and walk away, she went at it even harder for us. She listens and is on top of everything. I cannot recommend her enough.

The last house I moved out of state so Tracy had you help me than any of the other houses and she stepped up and went out of her way to help me and get the deals done.

Review Tracy was a fantastic realtor, she cut into her family time when we were calling her wanting extra information, which was often. She is very professional and you can tell she loves her job. I would highly recommend asking her to handle your next move. Even after our sale she still stays in contact with us just to ask how we are doing.

Review Tracy was great to work with. As a few rest time home buyer my wife and I didn't know what to expect, but Tracy guided us through the process really well. She even made sure to point out potential concerns that we hadn't considered when looking at different homes. I expect that if my wife and I are looking to buy or sell a home in the future that we will work with Tracy again!

Review Disappointed ..Tracy did not hold an open house because she said they do not help sell homes. We feel she did not communicate well with us on the status of our home. What we could do to improve showings. From when we listed with Tracy we had limited conversations with her as to the market and what was going on with area comps. We don't think she tried very hard to negotiate the price with an aggressive counter offer for the sale to benefit on our behalf. I felt like our home was just one of may she was listing and did not put the same effort as others.

Review There's a lot that can happen during the process of finding a home; having a professional realtor that is not only willing to help but go above and beyond the call of duty makes all the difference. Tracy knows both the process and the area very well, works hard at what she does and is pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. 10/10- I would easily do business with her again.

Review Tracy is one of those realtors who isn't just interested in selling you a house; she helps you find your home. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing or looking for when we started our search for a house. Tracy walked us through everything, patiently and with no condescension for our lack of knowledge. It took us 6 months to find our dream home. Tracy was patient and knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone searching for their first or next home. She will streamline the process and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Best realtor in northern Indiana. Thank you Tracy!

Review She was wonderful and took us to many different properties and did not get frustrated with our "pickiness". We ended up purchasing one of the homes where she was the listing agent. She lowered her commission and in turn, the savings were passed on to us. We had such a smooth process and we highly recommend her!

Review She work for you! Tracys web page begins with the fraise aEURoeI work for youaEUR? working with the client is her Mission Statement. My personal experience with her has been great, Tracy have taken every step to ensure I have all the information I needed to make a house selection and more. She is the epitome of real estate agency and is the example and the professional behavior to follow by others agents. If one will ask, do I trust my agent? And you need to think about it, he/she is the wrong agent for you. I placed my trust on Tracy since the first interaction, I will personally and professionally will recommend her to anyone that is in search of a partnership with a person that treats you like more than a client
