Justin made the process smooth and straightforward, was always there to answer our questions, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home.

This is my 5th house to sell, and Nicole was top-notch. The market is a little weird at the moment, so every little advantage that you can get helps. Nicole's recommendations for house staging, things to do to ready the house for sale, all the vendors she recommended, from painting to glass replacement, were all top notch. Without Nicole and all her experience, I wouldn't have sold my house for what it went for without any doubt. Having a realtor sell your house, isn't just an MLS listing. It's a team of people that all help you maximize your sale price. Nicole has that team.

I worked with Justin Vierra of Vierra Group to buy my current home. I was in the middle of selling my home in Elmhurst when, frustrated with my current agent, I reached out to him. I'd interacted with Justin by chance, during an open house on a property I had no part of, and was so impressed by his demeanor. I told him the general specifications that I wanted and that I was most worried about was whether I could compete for the best homes while writing a contingent sale offer. Justin heard me out and took action, immediately understood what I was after, and found a home that wasn't even on my radar (even by my selling agent at all). The thing that stood out was when Justin negotiated a $10,000 seller credit for electrical repairs and upgrades (which he also had a great recommendation for and I'm using). I couldn't recommend Justin Vierra to buy in Hollywood Park aEUR" or the greater Sacramento area more highly. Awesome human and made my stress and pressure of buying a house so much better! I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Nicole and her team were very professional and easy to work with. They took a complicated situation and made it seamless! She took into consideration all of my concerns and was able work with me on a few things. I would highly recommend her as your future realtor!

Justin made what I thought would be a daunting process, extremely easy and smooth. I wasn't in a rush to buy, but the first day we did showings, I found the one.
