ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Justin Vierra of Vierra Group to buy my current home. I was in the middle of selling my home in Elmhurst when, frustrated with my current agent, I reached out to him. I'd interacted with Justin by chance, during an open house on a property I had no part of, and was so impressed by his demeanor. I told him the general specifications that I wanted and that I was most worried about was whether I could compete for the best homes while writing a contingent sale offer. Justin heard me out and took action, immediately understood what I was after, and found a home that wasn't even on my radar (even by my selling agent at all). The thing that stood out was when Justin negotiated a $10,000 seller credit for electrical repairs and upgrades (which he also had a great recommendation for and I'm using). I couldn't recommend Justin Vierra to buy in Hollywood Park aEUR" or the greater Sacramento area more highly. Awesome human and made my stress and pressure of buying a house so much better! I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin made what I thought would be a daunting process, extremely easy and smooth. I wasn't in a rush to buy, but the first day we did showings, I found the one. He was assuring, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when I was ready to make a competitive offer. I can't sing enough praises for him. So so grateful I had him on my side for my first home buying experience!! Thanks Justin !!!

ZillowVERIFIED We needed a trusted agent who could handle the sale of our home while away traveling abroad. The year before, our attempt to sell the home with a different agent, did not work out due to the logistics, communication, and other barriers of having to sell a home while away. Justin made the process possible, from ensuring the home was staged for the important photos to sharing updates with us despite the time zone differences. Long story short, if you are away or in town, give Justin a call to sell your home, even during a "tight" market, he knows how to get the job done. Our family was impressed with the amount of serious buyers came to visit, but most of all, how quick Justin was able to sell our home in just around 30 days with various offers. His extensive experience was super helpful guiding us through each offer to negotiate from our point of view.A Thank you Justin!

ZillowVERIFIED We launched our search for a new home in Sacramento as a newly retired couple from a far less competitive market on the East Coast. Our goal was to downsize to a safe neighborhood close to our grandchildren. We were enthusiastically referred to Justin Vierra through a relative he'd represented as a buyer's agent a few years ago. We are delighted with the outcome: an attractive, affordable condo in a quiet neighborhood close to our grandkids. We found Justin to be smart, strategic, and responsive to our priorities, demonstrating excellent human interaction skills among the many players in real estate transactions. His demeanor is calm and friendly but professional, and his attitude was always positive. Justin also helped us obtain a "concierge" range of assistance including movers, cleaning service, property insurance, inspection and minor repairs. All were skilled and personable and offered reasonable rates. Signatures for volumes of paperwork were accomplished electronically, with Justin and his staff always available to answer questions or give a heads up on what to expect. If you are seeking a seasoned agent and a very decent human being to represent you in Sacramento's residential real estate market, do yourself a favor and consider Justin Vierra.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin came highly recommended to us when looking for a home in Sacramento while living in Southern California. He made the process easy. There was never a question he could not answer in depth about the real estate buying process and homes in Sacramento. He was always easy to contact and was happy to spend time on the phone with me and show us around when we came to town. I felt completely safe in his hands. Also, he's just a good person... which means a lot when you are trusting someone to help you with a huge financial endeavor.

ZillowVERIFIED My utmost appreciation to Justin Vierra and his entire team of professionals! While in the process of relocating to another state, and a new job, Justin made the process of selling my house extremely straightforward. Through online documentation and email, I was able to sell my house for a fantastic negotiated price. I'm amazed he was able to get the house on the market within two days after departure and offers nearly immediately upon listing. The entire process was just a little over a month and wasn't stressful. Justin and his team kept me informed during the entire process and I can't think how the process could have gone any smoother.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family had been searching for a home for three months, with 12 offers all rejected under other realtors. The home buying market was extremely competitive and we were struggling trying to figure out if wed ever find a seller even willing to consider accepting an offer using a VA loan. A friend recommended Justin to us since Justin was able to help her buy a home using her VA benefits too. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and had good suggestions for us to try honing in on homes we had the best chances with, that still also fit what we were looking for. We appreciated his honesty, and that it didnt come with any pushiness. He was super patient with all the viewings we wanted to do, and all the things we were hoping to find in a home, even in a highly competitive market where its hard to be picky (yet we still were). When we finally found the home we wanted to make an offer on he did a ton of legwork speaking with the sellers agent and getting a feel for what would make the most enticing offer, without us having to go absolutely crazy with it on our end. Justin moved quickly and built rapport with the sellers agent that worked heavily in our favor. The property received numerous offers, but Justin got ours accepted!!Only 21 days later we closed, which was unbelievably fast (including VA inspections, repairs, my never ending anxiety induced questions, HOA transferring, everything). We couldnt be happier. The only thing we would change is that we should have worked with Justin from the very start. We would highly recommend Justin to any friends and family in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin and his team helped me navigate being a first time buyer in a very competitive market, and it was a very stress-free experience! Being a first time buyer, Justin was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire home buying process: From noting key items to look at during touring homes, to explaining real estate terminology while going into contract, to providing a week by week breakdown of the escrow process, I was able to learn so much from Justin and felt comfortable throughout my entire home-buying process. Justin and his team were awesome to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase in the Sacramento Area!

ZillowVERIFIED So happy we decided to have Justin and his team sell our home. He dealt with the difficult situation of selling a house that was occupied by tenants. He also handled the obstacles of low market interest and social distancing very well. He respected our tenants and professionally dealt with all involved. He kept us frequently updated, moved to a quick close, and promptly responded to questions. We were selling from long distance, and he took care of every issue that was involved with little work on our part. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was phenomenal throughout the process of buying our first home. From an intro conversation where he guided us through what to expect and how he'd help, to checkins where we debriefed different properties, Justin made himself available to answer all our questions and offered additional perspective for us to consider. His knowledge of Sacramento and the market was particularly helpful for us. When it came to escrow and the closing process, Justin helped us know what to expect, calibrate on various inspection reports, and helped us stay clear and organized. We had a great experience, and are so excited to live in the house that Justin helped us find!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions and was unfamiliar with many aspects of the homebuying process. Justin was always responsive and happy to answer my questions, and he really took the time to explain anything I didnt understand or needed clarification on. Whenever we looked at homes, discussed the possibility of making an offer on a home, or anything else, I never felt pressured to do anything. I felt that Justin always did a great job of explaining what my options were so that I could make the best and most informed decision for myself. I really appreciated his knowledge and communication style when it came to these types of discussions, and I felt very comfortable throughout. Overall, my experience with Justin was great, and I would highly recommended him to anyone else who is looking to buy a home. I thought he was a great agent all-around, and it was a pleasure working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin and his team were phenomenal. When I first started exploring buying a home, he was very patient with me (unlike many realtors who use pushier sales tactics). ZillowVERIFIED Justin was good we used him to sell out previous North Oak Park home and buy our current Midtown home. Everything worked out and Justin had the contacts to deal with a difficult seller. There were extensive inspections necessary on the midtown home. The sale of our home was where Justin really shined it was in contract approximately 4 days after listing for over the asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin helped us move into our dream home, and it took a lot of work! First, we were not actively looking but noticed the house through one of the excellent daily emails he sends to clients. He got us into to tour the house the same day. Second, we knew we needed time to prepare and sell our old home, so he negotiated a unique contract that gave us enough time to be ready. Third, he priced and showed our old home masterfully, getting us top dollar and a very quick sale. Finally, when problems with the inspections arose with our new house (an old Victorian on the historical register) he was both aggressive and flexible when needed to give us peace of mind. It was an absolute slog to get where we are but I am extremely happy with everything Justin and his team did to make it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin and his team are phenomenal! I worked with Justin to sell my west Sac townhome and could not be happier with the whole process! Justin is organized, professional, timely, creative, and communicative. His knowledge of the market is impressive and his advice was always on point. He presented me with a thorough marketing plan and came through on everything he promised. He and his team arranged gorgeous staging, held frequent and well organized open houses, and scheduled numerous private showings of the space. I was provided with a written summary of every open house detailing how many people came through, any issue that needed to be addressed at the house, and the overall comments/thoughts of potential buyers. Any repairs or updates to the home were organized though his team so I did not need to take time out of my busy schedule to meet with workmen. The selling process was smooth! Justin made it easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward! He worked hard to find me the best buyer and I could not be happier with the results! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Sacramento! A huge thank you to Justin and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED I originally reached out to Justin in 2016 to sell my home in the Ironworks development. After seeing his signs all over the neighborhood when folks sold I figured he would be the guy for the job and after meeting him I was positive he was the guy for the job! After signing the company I worked for at the time wasnt on solid ground so I held off on the sale of my home and never once felt pressure from Justin to go forward if I wasnt comfortable. Fast forward to Spring of 18 when a position opened up at my new company in Portland. I once again called Justin and couldnt have been happier with the experience him and his team provided. I was in a time crunch as I had a contingent offer on a home in Oregon. With Justin being in the business for quite awhile he has many resources and I was able to have painters and carpet people in my home the same week I called. The following week we were on the market. I had an offer within days of the open house but Justin and his team did not stop there. I was also presented with a backup offer and had another interested party just in case. Justin and his team were extremely professional, organized, and knowledgeable. I knew at all times what stage of closing my home was in from Justins weekly videos or Britanys e-mails. The team made this transition super easy with Britany scanning documents and getting them to the appropriate parties and Justin even calling my home builder in Oregon so they knew where we were at in the process of selling my home. The cherry on top was we broke a record for 2 bedroom homes in Ironworks. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Vierra Group! If I ever move back to the Sacramento region I know who will be helping me in my home search!!

ZillowVERIFIED The whole process of buying our first home was initially quite daunting as the market was picking up but Justin immediately put us at ease during our first consultation. He's professional, personable, organized, knowledgable, and tech savvy (we really liked the personal touches he made with short videos). He knows the Sacramento area well and was able to drop key insights and gave great advice as we narrowed down our search to the right neighborhoods for our lifestyle. His team made appointments for all our inspections and their recommended loan officer was great as well. We really appreciated that he and his team were completely on top of the paperwork, on-time (if not early) for our viewing appointments, and were there every step of the way to answer our questions. Everything went smoother than we could have expected as we closed escrow. After working with Justin over the last few months, we get a sense that he really cares about his clients and their needs. ZillowVERIFIED Update: Ended up working with Justin to list and sell our home. The process was smoother and faster than I could have asked for. Justin and Britany were always readily available and kept things in contact to keep things rolling. Considering most of the correspondence was long distance (I am not local), this was even more crucial and impressive. Thanks again for everything.------------------I was introduced to Justin by a realtor friend in the Southern California area. I was looking to sell my home in Sacramento and Justin was the realtor I went with. From the first email introduction, Justin responded with a webex video within 30 minutes. This put us at ease as we had a face to go with the name. Justin guided us through the process and helped get the home market ready. He was very detailed and always available for questions. His assistant Brittany was also readily available along the way. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up putting the sale on hold. However, we will be selling eventually and Justin will be the man for the job. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with realtor.
