Timmy was absolutely wonderful! Other sellers under bid my property but Timmy went above and beyond to get me the selling price I wanted! He was wonderful negotiating with buyers to keep me at asking price. I couldnt be more happy with the quick turn around time either. Listing date to closing date was less then 3 months even during the holidays! He was super helpful in letting me know which updates were necessary for closing and was always willing to answer any questions I had along the way.
