He was wonderful negotiating with buyers to keep me at asking price. I couldnt be more happy with the quick turn around time either. Listing date to closing date was less then 3 months even during the holidays! He was super helpful in letting me know which updates were necessary for closing and was always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. Timmy made the sale super easy for me I would highly HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Not only did he advise us on making an competitive offer on the house we were buying, but he was also able to list our house for way higher than we thought.Within hours of listing our house we received over thirty viewings, and multiple offers. We ended up selling our house for asking price plus an appraisal guarantee. Throughout the whole process Tim could not have been more helpful. I called the number on the sign and spoke with Tim, who ended up selling my house the same day it listed! This is the third house I have sold, and by far the smoothest and easiest sale experience. Tim did a great job setting the expectations of how long the process typically takes, what we can do to prepare, and made it all very simple and easy to understand. He is extremely knowledgeable in the market and was able to get us exactly what we were looking for. Within two days of being on the market we got an offer that we were extremely satisfied with!
