Kate was amazing!!! Her communication was very timely and professional! She proved to us that she wanted the process to be as easy as possible so that we didn't have to stress about anything. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs to buy or sell a house! Thanks Kate!!

Kate was an amazing realtor. She made the process so easy and simple. She listened to our needs and helped our mother's house sell fast. I highly recommend! Super nice and very professional!

Kate Root helped me buy my first house a few years ago and when the time came to sell, I immediately reached out to her again. She made both processes so easy and answered all my endless first-time buyer/seller questions. She also helped me with the important stuff -- getting my offer accepted and then pricing my house to sell at the price I wanted but also getting it under contract in less than a week! She is an expert in the area and understands the market incredibly well. She also has a great team working with her and provided invaluable recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, etc. Although I don't want to move again anytime soon, I already miss working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Central Vermont.

Kate is amazing. She helped us buy our house and then sell it a few years later. She gave great advice on both transactions and is incredibly easy to work with. Highly recommend working with her!

Kate was wonderful to work with during the sale of our home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Were so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
