She made both processes so easy and answered all my endless first-time buyer/seller questions. She also helped me with the important stuff -- getting my offer accepted and then pricing my house to sell at the price I wanted but also getting it under contract in less than a week! She is an expert in the area and understands the market incredibly well. She also has a great team working with her and provided invaluable recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, etc. Although I don't want to move again anytime soon, I already miss working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Central Vermont.

She focused on what was important to me (ie. energy efficiency of my house), combining that assessment with her review of the house, her research, and the hiring of a professional photographer. ( The aerial views of the house were outstanding.) Her listing was timely and well-appointed. My house sold in 3 days. I am grateful to Kate for making this happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was amazing! We have bought and sold houses all over the U.S and Kate was by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. Selling our house remotely was a worry for us but Kate took the time to schedule the house to be cleaned, the yard to be kept up and went above and beyond to schedule contractors to do repairs before the house was listed. She kept us updated on everything she was doing to prepare to list our house and then updates on the listing and showings. Thanks to Kate we sold our house after 2 days on the market for over asking. She was always easy to get ahold of and was very prompt returning our calls, texts or emails. We need more Realtors like Kate everywhere!
