Green Life Real Estate

Excellent working experience with Pari Through out the whole process of buying my new condominium in Fontana. Her knowledge about 1031 exchange helped me to transfer my funds from MD to CA properly. Her time management, sales and negotiation skills made my experience pleasant and stress free in a timely manner. In addition she helped me to Rent my new condominium immediately!! She is truly amazing !! Not only as a realtor but as an ethical person. I love her and recommend her highly to all my friends and family. She is great asset for whoever wants to buy, sell or renting a property. I truly enjoyed working with her and had great experience.

Working with Pari was truly such a blessing. From the very beginning, they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, supported, and even exciting. Their patience, dedication, and genuine care never went unnoticed. Pari always took the time to answer every question, guide us through each step, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. We are so grateful for all the time, effort, and heart they put into helping us. This experience wouldnt have been the same without her, and we cant recommend them enough to anyone looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond.

Pari was an absolute pleasure to have as a realtor. What impressed me the most was her honesty, her drive, and her efficiency. Shes very thorough. Leaves no stone unturned. She goes to war for her clients. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed for a home and also what we wanted (these are two critical but different pieces of the home buying process.) She takes all of this into consideration when prospecting homes for you, and has the leadership and confidence to make you aware when things arent a good idea. We moved to California from New Hampshire and had no idea what towns would be a good fit and what towns would not. Thankfully we had Pari there to guide us, otherwise, I'm positive we wouldve made a decision we quickly wouldve regretted. Buying a home and everything that comes with it is stressful enough, especially when moving across the country. Pari quickly won over my respect on our first phone call (which is not something that commonly happens with me) solely based on how she operated. This made it extremely natural to have complete faith and confidence that with her we would get our desired outcome. The peace of mind this brought us during a stressful experience is truly invaluable, and honestly eliminated much of the pre-existing stress of buying a home. When buying a home for you, or your family, you need someone you can trust. That someone is undoubtedly Pari.

We had an amazing experience working with pari! She was incredibly patient, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process of both selling our old home and buying our new one. She made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier and was always there to answer our questions and guide us through every step. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We are so grateful for all her hard work, patience, and dedication. We couldnt have asked for a better agent and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
